Rachael Wanja, the daughter of former Murang’a County Governor Mwangi Wa Iria has embarked on a fitness journey.
The sassy queen who is also an entrepreneur and a golfer in fact disclosed this via a morning post on her Instagram stories, where she shared a short video of herself at the gym.
The video actually showed Rachael Wanja walking on a treadmill, an exercise that focuses on cardio training and further lifting some weights, an exercise that develops the upper body muscles.
The sassy queen further accompanied the video with a caption revealing that this was actually her first time at a gym in over two years.
Rachael Wanja had actually taken some time off from the gym during the time that she was pregnant with her second child Archie.
Even after welcoming him to the world in 2023, she never went back to the gym immediately. She took some time to raise him.

What forced Rachael Wanja to go back to the gym however was her own body. She did not like how it looked and therefore she wanted to exercise so that some parts to look better.
“Ist time at the gym after over 2 years. I had decided to give myself some grace during pregnancy and after childbirth buy wueh kakitambi 🤦🏾♀️😂” Rachael Wanja wrote.
Rachael Wanja actually welcomed her second child Archie to the world in January 2023.
She actually announced the big news of welcoming a child via a post on her Instagram account, where she shared a short video of the newborn.
She then accompanied it with a caption saying: “25.01.2023!
There are decades when nothing happens and then there are days when decades happen. Alhamdulillah. Perfect little boy, you have stolen my heart”.
Baby Archie is therefore already one year old right now.
Apart from him, Rachael Wanja also has a daughter called Aria who is her first-born child. She is 8 years old right now.
