Safaricom joined forces with Samsung Electronics, to roll out exciting new rewards for customers. Through this collaboration, known as ‘Jisort na Bonga’, customers can now leverage their accumulated Bonga points to gain access to exclusive smartphone deals and rewards.

Customers can now utilize their Bonga points for special discounts on a range of Samsung devices at selected outlets. The devices include the Samsung Galaxy A04e, A04, A04s, A14, A24, A34, Z Fold 5, and the Z Flip 5. Customers with substantial Bonga point accumulation can be able to purchase these devices on offer.
The synergy between Samsung and Safaricom ensures a smooth point accumulation and redemption process for every customer. The partnership ensures a seamless experience for customers, with a streamlined process for redeeming Bonga points across services.
