3 Ways to Change/Reset your Netflix Password

If you can’t sign in to Netflix, you can reset your password by email or by text message if you’ve added your phone number to your account. If you forget the email address or phone number you registered with, you may be able to provide more information online to recover your account.

  1. Visit netflix.com/loginhelp.

  3. Enter your email address and select Email Me.
  4. Follow the steps in the password reset email you receive. The email will typically arrive within a few minutes and contains a link that will sign you into Netflix automatically. Once signed in, you’ll be asked to create a new password. Your new password can’t be the same as your previous password.

  3. If you still don’t receive the password reset email, there may be a delay with your email provider. Please wait 5 hours, then check your inbox again.

The link doesn’t work
